Anu

 I was not driving so I walked my daughter to her school.Anu offered to drop us back to home.I was hesitant at first but she insisted.Even when our daughters went to different middle schools our friendship continued. She drove me everywhere. Farmers market was her favorite.she loved the organic strawberries.she was wise and kind.She made me a better person.she worked really hard.whenever she gets on her car she will call me.We used to talk at least five times a day.Actually there is no common thing between me and Anu.This friendship was really unique.I was not her school friend or college friend.We we’re from different states.still we enjoyed each other’s company.she was like my sister.

Dosa batter

 Idli rice 3 cups Sonamasoori rice 1 cup Urad dhall 1 cup Fenu Greek seeds one teaspoon Wash all the ingredients 3 times.soak urad dhall and Fenu Greek together.soak both rice together over night. Grind the urad dhall first.Rice next.Add asafoetida and finally mix one poon salt into the batter with hand.Leave it outside overnight to ferment.
