Dosa batter

 Idli rice 3 cups

Sonamasoori rice 1 cup

Urad dhall 1 cup

Fenu Greek seeds one teaspoon

Wash all the ingredients 3 times.soak urad dhall and Fenu Greek together.soak both rice together over night. Grind the urad dhall first.Rice next.Add asafoetida and finally mix one poon salt into the batter with hand.Leave it outside overnight to ferment.
